Our commitment to serving you remains our top priority. Our locations in Lethbridge, Taber, Blairmore and Picture Butte continue to work to reduce the level of physical contact and maintain social distancing as much as possible.
Protocols continue to change and adapt as guided by both civic and provincial requirements.
- If you’d like to request a face-to-face meeting, we ask that you call in advance to set-up an appointment. This will ensure we will be able to meet in a safe, socially distant space in our building or alternative location. We will not permit clients into our individual offices in Lethbridge at this time as we are unable to provide proper levels of social distancing. Arrangements in our locations in Taber, Blairmore and Picture Butte may vary.
- We encourage you to use phone, email or online for everyday transactions when possible.
- Our office reception is open to handle simple transactions as well but a mask is required for these transactions. This includes:
- ‣ Pick-up and drop-off of documents
- ‣ Payments
- ‣ Providing pink cards
